Since its introduction in 1905, pizza has been a national favorite throughout the United States. As it became more popular, more and more people took the traditional recipe and tried to put their own twist on it, leading to the plethora of pizza companies scattered across the country today. With such a wide variety of places to buy pizza these days, it can be difficult for someone to decide where they want to eat their next meal. It may be difficult to determine which pizza place would be best for your current dining situation, breaking each option into different categories relevant to your needs could make the decision much easier. The pizza itself was less than impressive with thin, dry dough topped with a sauce lacking much flavor and cheese overwhelmed by the amount of fat on top. It tasted almost as if it had been previously frozen and then reheated. While not something I would seek out, the lack of flavor and overall quality of the pizza is the quality you would expect for its cheap price. Second on the list is Papa John's. Like Little Caesar's, Papa John's has a relatively small frontage, but unlike Little Caesar's, it is almost never crowded, which may be due to the fact that Papa John's offers delivery along with in-store pickup. Unlike Little Caesar's, food must be ordered in advance, either by phone or on their website. Once you order, you have the option to pick up your food at the nearest location or have someone deliver it. If you pick up the food yourself, the food is usually ready fifteen minutes after the order is placed. As for delivery, it can take twenty to thirty minutes for the pizza to arrive. Price-wise, a medium pizza at Papa John's costs around fourteen dollars if you get it in-store. If delivered, the pizza will still cost around fourteen dollars, but there is a delivery fee and a tip (although optional, but recommended since delivery fees do not go directly to the driver). A cheese pizza from Papa John's costs about nine dollars. more than one at Little Caesar's, but the cost is certainly justified by the superior quality of the pizza. This pizza tastes much fresher than the previous one, with a good balance of ingredients. On a regular pizza, the only bad thing is that there isn't enough sauce to make it stand out, but the store will let you ask for extra sauce for free. Lastly, we have Denver-based Blue Pan Pizza.
