Not excluded by equal concerns, it is with the same concern that both non-profit organizations and for-profit organizations have similar concerns that they must be aimed at stakeholders as in everything the organization participates in wants to see it succeed and achieve those goals. However, in contrast, a non-profit organization not only deals with stakeholders, but also faces the additional stress of attracting customers, volunteers and contributors. The nonprofit manager must take into consideration that all stakeholders' views on the organization can be used both positively and negatively because everyone is important. This is another difficulty the nonprofit manager might encounter when paying attention to stakeholders. It is therefore the job of the manager of the non-profit organization to balance all the opinions of the stakeholders to achieve all the objectives of the organization. I feel like, in fact, it would be an opinion on my part to say that yes, nonprofit managers should pay more attention to stakeholders than the corporate manager. The fact that a for-profit organization has no real legal duty or obligation to anyone other than itself supports my belief on the matter
