Students at this level are still learning and developing life skills, and at this point each student is starting to realize that they are not learning exactly like everyone else. There are three types of learning abilities: auditory, visual, and kinesthetic or tactile. Some students use only one type while others may use a combination of two or all three. As for me, I need to hear the master who teaches it; I also have to do everything I am taught to get the full learning experience. Learning abilities vary from student to student. How do teachers ensure that each student learns at their own pace and in their own way? Unfortunately, teachers usually don't do this for every student and this leaves most children behind. In the past, I have had teachers who simply gave me information and expected me to know it immediately. I was often the child left behind because I wasn't individually recognized as a student. If schools and teachers worked together to ensure that students' individual learning abilities are addressed, this would allow students to be more successful in their studies.
