• The Counseling Center provides referrals for other mental health services outside our scope of care, as needed or requested by clients.• The Counseling Center supports research/ evaluation related to service evaluation and strategic planning. Evaluation The Consulting Center will develop and maintain a comprehensive documentation system of all components of the consulting organization. Documentation will include resources that were used in managing and delivering the program along with consultant activities and time logs. This information will be stored in a wallet system, in electronic or paper format. It should be readily available for periodic analysis and subsequent program reviews as necessary.
