Although it is very tempting I don't see myself continuing to be successful until I get my education. I am on track to finish a bachelor's degree right now and prepare to start another degree program that will allow me to get a Master's degree for free. I also feel like my current company sees me as an asset as they wouldn't want to pay for my entire education unless they see that I can improve and help the company grow because of it. “When an employer agrees to pay for the education of its employees, it is making an investment in those employees.
