I see ethical dilemmas every day regarding mechanical, electrical and plumbing situations. The first ethical dilemma I heard in the construction industry was one in which a project manager allowed some of his workers to take junk scrap metal away from work and then sell it. At first you would think that it was wrong and that he shouldn't have let them do that and that they should all get in trouble.
