Elementary School TeachingElementary School TeacherElementary school teachers teach students from kindergarten through sixth grade or, in some cases, eighth grade, a wide range of skills academic, social, emotional and motor. They plan and present teaching programs using methods and materials to meet students' needs. For all of this to happen, however, elementary school teachers must have a passion for education and love children. Education requires dedication, organization, and thoughtful lesson plans on a daily basis. To ensure that students receive a high-level education, teachers attend staff meetings, serve on committees, and participate in workshops or in-service training activities. When students become restless about being at home, they have a special space in their schedule reserved for outdoor activities, for which they are responsible. Must be willing to prepare bulletin boards, grade papers and tests, and maintain student records and reports. Every year, a teacher must evaluate student performance and, when necessary, counsel pupils with academic and adjustment problems. Parents are always so interested in what is happening in the academic aspect of their child's life, so teachers attend a parent-teacher conference day, where they meet with the student's parents to discuss the student's progress and performance. Many of these assignments are done in the teacher's home, not in the classroom. Therefore, the teacher brings home more than an average professional career. As a result, they do not have to worry about taking homework home to read, check and evaluate. But in the classroom they have important work. Teachers can have up to 30 students who consider them an inspiration, and... halfway down the page... a teacher can teach a special subject that usually involves music, art, reading, science, or something else. physical education in different classes. Teachers often work with students from diverse ethnic, racial, and religious backgrounds. I will be completing my studies for primary school teaching at Schoolcraft College. Then from there I will transfer to the University of Michigan or Eastern Michigan University to complete the remaining years required for the four-year degree. When I move, I will get specialization in my career and use it to teach young children and open their minds, as well as inspire them in life. When I get my teaching degree, I will have it so I can teach at any level from K-12. With my drive of determination and passion for making a difference, I believe I will become a reliable elementary school teacher.
