Stumptown Coffee Roasteries I never really appreciated small local coffee shops when I worked at Coffee Bean, until I got hired at a local coffee shop that served Stumptown coffee. Stumptown only has one location in California, which is located in the arts district of South Central Los Angeles. The coffee shop is huge let alone, they have their own roastery where they roast all their beans. Not only do they have their own roastery, but they also have their own training lab for new baristas, which is unique because no other cafe has it. In this regard I trained in Stumptown last month and it was a fascinating experience! Early one Sunday morning, while I was in my father's truck.
