This would help streamline patient flow. LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY The limitations of this study are that only the level of granularity maintained kept in mind the feasibility of data collection and time constraints. The processes are much more detailed and the deeper we dive, the better the information will be. To further optimize a hospital's processes, all other departments must be considered. ADDITIONAL PURPOSE OF THE STUDY As the study expands, it is possible to collect data at a more granular level for a larger number of patients to derive better information. This could be implemented using RFID tags on patients. We can also cover other departments of the hospital in order to broaden the scope of the study.
