Even with my strengths and weaknesses I will never be in a position where I can't grow if I want to be successful. B: In my future career path within the next 1- For 2 years I see myself managing a location and traveling for my current job. Running a location will give me the ability to run a business in a more in-depth way. By knowing the right steps, I believe you can achieve a lot of success, such as time management, problem solving, networking, analysis and research. Plus, traveling would show me how close my dreams are coming to fruition. Traveling will enhance my insights in networking in so many depths and enlighten my knowledge of different cultures. In addition to my career path within 1-2 years, I plan to supervise my own location in 2-5 years. At this point, I will have the experience of working in a venue and will be aware of the pros and cons. Which will also include funding, contracts, networking and much more.
