The government and the people should not regard the death penalty as expensive. Comparing the loss of an innocent soul who was raped and murdered with money is irrational. Of course, DNA testing should be conducted before the judge makes the decision to send the criminal to death row. But that doesn't mean capital punishment is inhumane. The criminals, murderers and rapists should have thought about their actions before carrying out their inhuman act
