Hi class, when looking for a new job or career it is crucial that you know what skills and qualities you have. Knowing what you can and cannot do will change which employers and positions are there for you. During my higher studies at Full Sail University, I was able to overcome my weaknesses and increase other strengths beyond what I thought I could do. Matching what you're good at and what you're not so good at can help you shape what your life path will be. By looking deeper into my personal skills, I have discovered three strengths and three weaknesses that I have and am working to eliminate or improve them. If you're not good at something, getting even slightly better can have a positive impact on your overall quality of life at work and at home. I have several attributes that I can bring to the employers table. Among the many strengths, three skills in particular stand out in teamwork and are: Empathic, Analytical and Visionary. I have a great ability to understand and share the feelings of others, which is an excellent skill to have when working in a group setting. Knowing what other group members are feeling can help the team work better together and have fewer problems overall. When working on a group project I follow a very logical way of thinking. Being analytical with my thoughts helps keep the reasoning and logic of what the project is trying to accomplish a real possibility. My thought process is very grounded and I try to use all available knowledge to lay the foundation for all group projects. Even though I use logic and knowledge to form all thoughts, I have a great visionary mind that is always thinking or planning for the future. A nice...... middle of paper......y strengths and improve my weaknesses by always being prepared for the new "thing" in technology and making sure I am consistently utilizing my resources (connections, education and skills) to become an ideal team member and someone an employer wants as part of their team.
