The social issue that will be addressed in this document is the role that immigration plays in the daily lives of both legal and illegal immigrants. This issue has seen a more prominent place in recent times due to many events that are believed to have been caused by the admission of members from disagreeing societies into America. The sociology of immigration involves the sociological analysis of immigration, particularly as it relates to race and ethnicity, social structure, and political politics, significant concepts include assimilation, enculturation, marginalization, multiculturalism, post-colonialism, transnationalism, and community cohesion. The view is different for many as America is a place of complex admission. Some people were forced here and the ancestors of those same people are not welcome members of this society that has deprived these people of generations of solidarity. America's old gold-paved streets seem to come from stories sent to other countries by both illegal and legal immigrants, as there seem to be many more opportunities offered in America than in their home countries. Immigration has long been a social issue in America, but now there has been an escalating “war” over who can enter the country. Although America is made up of a multitude of people from different countries, there seems to be a major problem with allowing more of these same people into this land. Since 2001, when 9/11 occurred, many people in the United States have been afraid to allow immigrants into the United States to levels of border enforcement and more. Therefore some believe that immigration is a threat to the United States. They should not consider this, since everything that happens is not due to immigrants, it is... middle of paper... they are kept out of the United States, then everything that has been kept accurate all these years will begin to disintegrate. The fear that has not left the hearts of the American people since September 11, 2001 is now turning to immigrants and the question of whether their entry into the United States poses a threat. The question “Is third world immigration a threat to the American way of life?” is an important question because the answer is no. Even though some immigrants may be bold, this is not unseemly for the United States because they should not be allowed to enter. Other immigrants come to the United States to work and improve the economy. People should start worrying about immigrants because without them the economy would be ruined. Thanks to immigrants, new jobs are created and the economy is in acceptable conditions. Immigrants are proud to work in America and are proud to become Americans
