Topic > Puzzle Design Challenge: A New Toy for Toddlers

Introduction: In this puzzle design challenge, the problem to help solve the solution is to find a way to help make a new toy object that will be suitable for young children (at least three years old and up) to play and have fun solving problems that represent a challenge. The company wants to hire a designer who can come up with a new toy design that can save money, better production and good fun for children. Why, because the company wanted the designer to find a material that could be reused or use some materials that could be suitable for cheaper and good quality production for the new toys to be made. Materials:* A design software* Twenty-seven wooden cubes* Paint materials* Graphic paper* Pencils* Hard drive* Super glue (mostly)* Sand materialsProcedure: The first procedure of this project is to define the problem. This definition means that you are trying to solve the problem and there are several ways to solve it. You are trying to take time to think about how to find a solution by looking at the problems. The problem we are trying to identify is that the company wants to have a new type of toys for children to play with. One plan to solve the problem is to create a puzzle cube of parts. The second procedure of this project is to generate concepts. The definition says that you are developing an idea and providing more information about the idea that has already arisen. Get more information to support ideas for getting started. The basic concept of this project is that I sketch out the ideas and get 4 or more combined parts of the puzzle design. I also made a multi-view sketch of the puzzle cube parts and a... paper center... I have the solution to solve the problem and keep moving forward. The hint I got from the result was that the fit that made my puzzle parts didn't fit perfectly. The appearance of my parts has some damage or some other coming together. The improvement I could have made is that I could have made the blocks fit by smoothing the edges to fit properly. Another improvement I could have made is replacing it with another block that fits the puzzle cube better. The lesson I learned from this project is that the software provides me with basic guidance on how to create 3D modeling. Also, another thing I learned was that I made an early prototype and used a guide from my 3D sheet model to help complete it correctly. This activity focuses on fun projects that go step by step and one at a time to help you complete the activity.
