Japanese invasion on Changkufeng Hill Before 1938, Changkufeng Hill was on the border between large countries: the Soviet Union and Korea. Manchuria, however, was not an independent state; was involved in the accident. The Soviet Union and Japan were not on good terms. The Soviets believed that Changkufeng Hill was an opportunity to spread Westernization by building railways and creating more connections in Northeast Asia. Korea and Japan teamed up to prevent the Soviets from conquering Changkufeng Hill. The Changkufeng War of 1938 saw conflict between the Soviet and Japanese powers who wanted the territory for their own gain. The conflict between Colonel Sato Kotoku, commander of the 75th Infantry Regiment and the higher authorities, the Imperial Headquarters (IGHQ), had a different suggestion which concerns the solution of the Changkufeng issue. Japan invades Changkufeng Hill preventing Manchuria, Korea and the Soviet Union from violating the borders against the Imperial Headquarters (IGHQ). Chinese and Russian military maps were drawn differently starting from the Khanka Agreement of 1861. In 1886, the Chinese military map of Changkufeng Hill redrawn the border line closer to the “red line” and the Russian-Chinese established new agreements starting from 1860-1861. However, in June 1981, further border agreements were overwritten by eight different timelines. Many border pacts were made by the Ching Dynasty and Tsarism, such as the Beijing Convention of the 15th Article. The most important treaties or pacts that mainly concerned the issue of Changkufeng's boundaries are the Sino-Russian Nerchinsk Treaty of 1689, the Tianjin Treaties of 1860, and the eight-article Hunchun Boundary Protocol of 1886. The Hunchun Protocol was a government that dealt with politics ...... half of the paper ...... the state. The Changkufeng incident was an incident to demonstrate that the Japanese are cooperative and understandable in helping by invading the state's personal territory. Changkufeng is important to international relations because international relations theory has shown that the Changkufeng Incident was contributed by the management of powers stolen from other states, showing us specific reasons to understand Japan's actions in the 1930s. However, the Changkufeng incident may have some positive and negative aspects, such as knowing how difficult it is to express oneself and navigate without power. However, Changkufeng is not a progress or change during the battle or before the Changkufeng incident, it is only dealt with through the government or higher authorities. The Changkufeng incident is an important piece in creating connections and understanding the conflict while finding solutions for peace.
