Introduction: For this analysis, I chose to do a professional research paper on my Alma Mater, North Carolina Wesleyan College. After spending four years of my life living and working on this beautiful campus, I would now like to use this article as a reflection on my experiences. I know this college and its organizational culture very well. I will answer my research question from the prospective previous student and as a current former student. Not only was I just a student, I was very involved in my experience. I will use this document as an opportunity to gain more knowledge about the political aspects of campus activities and social events (parties) hosted by a variety of student organizations on campus. Problem Statement: The problem North Carolina Wesleyan College currently faces on campus is the lack of recorded records of criminal activity at social events. This is a campus safety issue; the college may implement new policies in the Student Handbook that make organizational changes. Policy changes can improve campus safety during social events, although the number of crimes reported on campus during social events is not significant. A report on crimes related to social events was prepared exclusively by Ms. Cuthberson for the purpose of this research paper, based on public knowledge. The results of the Social Events Crimes Report can be found in the Case a Study section. The limited number of reported crimes can be considered positive, compared to the number of social events (at least once a month) held on campus each year. Every crime reported is a red flag and adds room for improvement within the college. Many will wonder if it is possible to eliminate crime at social events at North Carolina Wesleyan College. ...... half of the paper ...... has no skills." (Tilly & Tilly 1998) According to the article by Vandenberghe (1999), O'Reilly, Chatman and Caldwell (1991) define the organization fits slightly differently "The definition of a person fit is a critical and largely unanswered question." Most studies of personal fits in organizations use measures of personality to compare it to individual characteristics and work situations culture of individuals who choose hiring in the process. Lee & Antonakis (2012) used excellent sources to explain culture and individual concept. “Culture influences how individuals think and adopt (Mead, 1978) and influences their own concepts (Markus & Kitayana, 1991: Mastumoto, 2007). how choices are evaluated (Iyenqar & Lepper, 1999) and how control over the environment and oneself is exercised (Morling & Everered, 2006)" This is how individuals are recruited.
