Identifying victims and rescuing them is the main key to preventing human trafficking, which in turn reduces costs to the healthcare system. Human trafficking is a form of organized crime. It is a hierarchical system similar to that of other criminal organizations. Traffickers represent every social, racial and ethnic group.
