This farewell speech is very disturbing for the followers of Jesus. Their inability to understand the departure of the Messiah, the return to the Father of the Messiah, who according to the prophets will appear to free Israel from its oppressors. Be assured that Jesus returns to His Father, the Holy Spirit whose purpose it is to appear, in His place, to lead and guide them into all righteousness. These confused followers are amazed, the first testament prophets speak of the coming of the Messiah, who will change the current oppressive state of Israel. However, the prophets provide no details or mention of Messiah's departure or return to His father. However, Jesus gives peace to the disciples, commanding the eleven to continue in love for one another, to continue in all that they have been taught, which is the theme of the discourse of the time. We should begin this essay by deconstructing the term “discourse.” What exactly is the meaning, in a hermeneutic sense, of the word discourse? The sole purpose of discourse, written or oral, is to understand the situations hidden behind or within the problem discussed or written. Its purpose is to make the reader or listener realize the essence of a particular problem and its resolution. Analyzing the specific discourse will allow individuals to see the problem from a higher position and gain a comprehensive view of the problem and see how individuals in the 21st century see ourselves in relation to the problem of the first century Palestinian followers of Jesus. The true vine speech will help individuals to see the speech from a higher level of awareness, causing the individual listener/reader to realize the essence of the particular issue, such as the vintag... in the center of the card.... ..in contrast to the true vine, it replaces Israel's fruitlessness as the “True” vine. Jesus through the allegory of the vineyard, identifies Himself as the messianic fulfillment of Old Testament prophecies, replacing the fruitless vineyard of Israel's Old Covenant message with the statement "I am" indicates His position as the creator of the New Covenant and the failure of the Old Covenant of Israel, Jesus repeats and reaffirms the main importance of remaining in sight, despite the current revolutionary environment in which the Jesus movement finds itself▣ "He prunes it" This literally means "purifies". The word was used by Philo for pruning the vine (BDBD386). It is only found here in the NT. It is another word chosen by John for its dual connotation (i.e. pruning and cleansing, see John 15:3; 13:10). This is an active present indicative. Suffering has a purpose
