NAFTA supporters actively argue that the agreement allows goods and money to cross borders, thus creating new jobs, businesses, and wealth for all involved. Likewise, the TPP says it will open doors for America to sell its goods and services to some fast-growing markets around the world. The TPP is also expected to reduce trade barriers, such as NAFTA, which will encourage competitive companies to move into new markets, raise wages, reduce costs, and also improve the quality of available goods and services.
