How teacher leaders connect and manage student learning Teachers and teacher leaders are at the heart of student learning. Teachers provide a safe and active learning community that promotes respect, care, sharing, responsibility and a love of learning. Teachers are responsible for ensuring that all students receive a quality education regardless of race, origin, or learning ability. The purpose of this interview is to obtain effective strategies for teachers that show how effective teachers are responsible for managing and monitoring student learning. In this interview, I asked four questions that support the delivery of effective instruction, as they relate to trends and issues in managing and monitoring student learning. There are also answers to questions about strategies used to engage students in a disciplined environment. Additionally, teachers were asked to share ideas about how they organized instruction to meet instructional needs. This interview will conclude with a question about strategies on individual student progress in the form of assessment as a whole, as well as independently. I will examine how teachers' responses support their demonstration of effective teaching delivery in accordance with Fundamental Proposition 3 of the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards. This proposition is what effective teachers and teacher evaluators use to guide their assessment of teacher connectedness. and management of teaching techniques, to keep students motivated, engaged and focused. The teachers interviewed have been teaching and working individually in this school system for more than twenty years. They have knowledge teaching in grades kindergarten through fifth grade with teaching experience… middle of the paper… and that these teacher leaders had similar teaching strategies and techniques focused on student learning, student motivation students, and student involvement. These teachers provided quality instruction through careful planning and considered each student's learning style. Lessons and instruction have been integrated throughout the curriculum. Teachers incorporated technology to expose students to a variety of learning development concepts and tools, which allowed for an equitable learning opportunity for all. While learning was a focal point for effective teaching, I found that teacher leaders have a strong structural framework in management, organization, and discipline. It is easy to see that teacher leaders are successful in teaching effectively, maintaining student concentration, and monitoring student progress, thanks to clear goals and high expectations of all students.
