According to my DISC result, I scored the same in terms of dominance and influence. The traits I recognize in myself are; power, prestige, challenges, impulsiveness, enthusiasm and expectation of immediate results. I am impatient with slow, calculated and cautious people. Metaphorically, I am the hare to the tortoise. While these characteristics have some advantages in moments of immediate action, they often hinder my working relationships. Based on LPI 360 feedback, three leadership behaviors I want to improve include: 1. COMMUNICATION: Ask for feedback on my actions or decisions. Actively listening to others' points of view. Try not to interrupt. Communicate the big picture, a common vision for the future. I am an energetic, animated, creative and flexible individual. I have a tendency to get so caught up in a project or purpose that I speak too quickly and often to someone else to get my point of view heard first.
