Avoid sudden movements of the body or head. • Avoid driving. • Avoid using heavy machinery. • Avoid doing activities that could be dangerous to yourself or others during an episode of dizziness. • If you have trouble walking or keeping your balance, try using a cane to stabilize yourself. Sit down immediately if you feel dizzy or unsteady. • Drink enough fluids to keep your urine clear or pale yellow. • Return to your normal activities as directed by your doctor. Ask your doctor what activities are safe for you. • Follow up with all follow-up visits as directed by your doctor. This is it
