Standard patient health information and benefits are presented correctly. The cover shows the picture of who will benefit from the information. The design is simple and the best. Easily presents and provides detailed information about services, resources, and web addresses of centers where patients can get quick help with memory problems. Briefly and clearly list the why, when, and what of memory loss and dementia. What the public should know about dementia issues is explained precisely and sequentially. The information contained in the booklet is useful to the public, especially the elderly and seniors in the older age group. Organizations involved in health services, nurses, doctors, private individuals, children with learning disabilities and school heads can also benefit. Furthermore, the booklet provided a summary of the healthcare teams and their role in solving memory problems, conveying their thoughts and emotions regarding the health problem. In contrast, the information on the brochure is written above the highest reading level. I recommend that it should be written at a third grade reading level. Not all potential patients can read and write. This is a vital component for the low-income population whose readability is lower than recommended
