The trauma families go through when things like this happen. It's not necessarily the cellular device that's distracting, sometimes the parent simply isn't paying attention to the child. Another example is I saw this video of a little boy who was about three or four years old wandering around the house he lived in and someone left the back door open where the pool was. The child fell into the pool and died. The family found him when it was too late. Imagine a family forced to live through all this knowing that if they had watched it, this would never have happened.
