For example, my daily calorie goal was 1330 calories and I ate exactly 1330 calories on day 1 and 1250 on day 2. This is a positive thing because I didn't exceed my goal calorie nor have I gone drastically below. Also, the general saying is that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I ate a healthy breakfast every morning. At breakfast it's important to aim for a meal that combines good carbohydrates, fiber and protein to have energy for the rest of the day. The first day I ate a bowl of honey oats, 3 slices of turkey bacon, mozzarella string cheese and a cup of milk. The second day I had a bowl of honey oats, 2 sticks of string cheese, and a cup of orange juice. I believe this was a positive element of my diet because I felt full of energy and could finish the work day without feeling sleepy or needing to drink an energy drink. I felt naturally fueled and energetic just by eating something healthy
