Until now I have never kept an hourly log of my mental alertness. During these three days I noticed that my attention follows a certain path. On Thursday and Friday I noticed that during the morning, between 7:00 and 8:00 I was extremely drowsy, while at 9:00 I was a little drowsy, around 10:00 I was extremely alert and efficient until about 3:00 pm: 00 where I would slow down a little more, and that is until I had lunch. In the late afternoon, around 7-8pm I was alert again until I sat down and did my homework, around 9-10pm I was already tired and sleepy, due to all the commitments of the day. My third day was Saturday and I noticed my circadian rhythm was different. I slept better at night, without interruptions. I woke up late around 11 and once I was awake I was a little alert, around midnight onwards I was extremely alert and efficient. I didn't feel drowsy or tired during the day until around 11pm.
