Alison awoke early the next morning. She had had the worst sleep imaginable and was glad that daylight had appeared in her windows. She usually enjoyed her weekends, but today she felt she couldn't be bothered to watch her favorite TV shows, or her friend Sarah bringing her new CDs to listen to, or her mother. He wanted to get away from that place completely. She wanted to be alone, in a lifeless realm, just so she could sit alone and think. Alison walked down the street, her thoughts clouding her feelings. She had so much on her mind that she hadn't noticed Simon sitting on a bench by the cenotaph. "Wings?" If those cops catch us we're in trouble, you know that, right?” Matthew observed, panting. “You worry too much. Now please, we have to go, otherwise if they come up here… well, let's just say they'll never see life again,” Alison smiled. Matthew looked at Alison perplexed; he wasn't sure if he heard her correctly or if he was joking. The portal magic Matthew used began to do its work. The room swirled with blues and grays, nothing special like his mother's, but it still got the job done. Matteo declared the destination, approached the door and opened it slowly. A look of pain fell on him, but for Alison there was joy. Finally they were at the castle
