Falling in love with signal processing and motivated by machine learning, computer vision, and computational neural science, I want to pursue my dream of becoming a researcher and professor in those fields. To realize that dream, I need further education and research experience. Therefore, I decided to pursue a PhD. degree in electrical engineering. As a graduate student, I am excited to explore the fields of signal processing, machine learning, and computer vision. More ambitiously, I want to develop faster and more reliable learning and vision algorithms to extend the capacity of computers. Personally, I believe that with machine learning and computer vision, one day, computers will be able to perform most tasks that only humans can perform. I am also fascinated by doing research in the field of computational neural science. The human brain is the most perfect system we have known so far.
