To do this, I will be involved with the Toronto Innovation Club, the York Marketing Association and the York Entreprenent's Society.¬ Watch videos and tutorials from effective communicators, the challenges they face have gone through and how they overcame them on their path to mastering this important life skill. For example, on an assignment where I will be required to make a sale to a customer, I will have to watch video tutorials on negotiation, persuasion, and customer service. I have a collection of Tony Robbins and Sir Ken Robinson videos on communication that I want to study and an enrollment in an online business and business skills course to help me better communicate with my clients.
