I had never really understood how certain nutrients worked in the body or why we needed them so much. One thing that also interested me was learning that there are some foods that we cannot do without, such as iodine. I have tried numerous times to read the Nutrition Facts, but have never been able to fully understand them. I also never read warnings on labels, which I'm going to start doing now that I know they're there. Now I could maybe start working on my diet so that I can have a nutritious diet and a healthy life. I will also try to start doing a little more physical activity
