In everyday life there are many different ways to get injured. Some ways you can hurt yourself are; exercise, work and driving. There are also many ways to prevent injuries. Muscle balance is one of the most important ways to prevent injuries. When you exercise there are many different precautions you need to take to prevent injuries. Before you even start exercising it is very important to have a physical exam. If you have a medical condition, are physically unfit, or are overweight, it is important that you have a physical examination. It is important that you have a physical exam so you know approximately how hard you can exercise. Exercising too intensely could cause injury. Starting your exercise program slowly helps you slowly build your muscles so you can exercise more as you continue the program. Another important thing to prevent injuries is to warm up before training. Warming up prepares the body for physical activity. When you warm up, blood flows and muscles loosen. Loosening your muscles before exercise helps you avoid muscle injuries. When you first start training, you use fewer muscle fibers than when you train for a period of time. This reduces the strain on each individual muscle fiber. One injury that warming up helps prevent is muscle strain. When training outdoors it's best to plan. You should wear clothing appropriate for the weather. If it's hot it's best not to wear warm clothing. If you exercise outside in the heat in winter clothing, there's a chance you could overheat. Also, whenever you exercise it's best to stay hydrated. When exercising outdoors be sure to protect your skin by wearing sunscreen.If...... center of paper......s.com/Treatments/Feet/Equinovarus/equinovarus.html>.WebsiteTagsEditDelete" Exercise - Injury Prevention."
