I know that there are some accommodations that can help an individual when in school. If a student requests an accommodation, the teacher must comply with the accommodation request as it is a law and legal action may occur. The teacher and school will be in big trouble if they don't accommodate the person requesting the accommodation. I know that buildings need to be built to respect people who cannot walk or have difficulty walking and using bathrooms. I know that hallways and doorways need to be a certain width so a wheelchair can fit through. There must be toilets accessible to people in wheelchairs or who cannot go to the toilet like everyone else in public places and buildings. Students should receive the same materials that everyone else in class receives along with the same directions or any additional information that everyone else receives. People with disabilities have the right to education. There are some circumstances where information may be changed if it will help the student succeed in their educational career; as long as it is reasonable. The current system for people with disabilities is quite good, but there are some parts that need to be changed or strengthened. I know these rules and
