(Halpern, 1997; Kurfiss, 1988; Watson & Glaser, 1994). There are many activities that can be used by teachers in the classroom to develop critical thinking, but many teachers still do not adopt this type of teaching strategy. This strategy helps students express their personal opinions and beliefs. Based on this, the teacher's function is to train students to think and encourage them to express an opinion. (Belenky, Clinchy, Goldberger & Tarule, 1986). Nickerson (1987) said, “With or without special training, everyone thinks” (p. 28). the most important thing a teacher should know is why students need critical thinking. The teacher who applied the study was Carrie. She has been teaching for 23 years and taught gifted 4th and 5th grade students. has much experience educating gifted students. has a K-12 gifted and talented degree and a master's degree in elementary education. In addition, he received the "Teacher of the Year" award 2 years ago at the state talent conference. She has many of the human qualities that make an excellent teacher. He loves his job, he respects his students, so he is special. one of the great ideas I liked when I read about Ms. Carrie she posted some judgments and sayings on the wall that encourage her students.
