The tricks remained beneath my feet and I kept rolling, every moment seeming to go dandy in my final run. It looked perfect. That day, my skateboarding increased and I wanted to continue to prove that I was someone who could compete, I never wanted to feel unknown again. I wanted to keep winning and always finish on the podium because it was the best way to ultimately feel like the race was ahead of everyone else in terms of points. The goal of becoming someone who could not only compete but also win in the Seventeen and Up Division was finally achieved. Now this is nothing more than valuable past experience. I use and think about this experience every time I look or need motivation because I remember that I was the youngest in the Division and it was my first time. I stayed true to my motto which led me to prevail and take first place in the Madness at Manana competition on that sunny Saturday. It was wacky
