For Americans, it's easy to get used to driving your own car and being in control of how you get somewhere. In India, transportation is different and this difference can be easily seen in the film: “Upon arrival, Todd faces a chaotic transportation system, having to jump onto a crowded moving train and then chasing his suitcase which is thrown into a small car. -rickshaw, or as Todd calls it, "one of those go-kart taxis." Mr. Toad faces several obstacles while in India and quickly finds himself struggling to understand this cultural difference. In India, one of the most popular modes of transportation is the auto-rickshaw, and this shows how different the ways of getting around can be for some individuals in another country, "Crawling between the monstrous Bluelines and chauffeur-driven SUVs are yellow auto-rickshaws and green. Their passengers are neither rich enough to have their own car, nor poor enough to travel on buses.” Transportation is a very important aspect to examine to understand culture shock and how it can shape the outlook could have from another country or a other country.
