When I look at Steve Jobs I would have to say that he was a great man and there wasn't just one of the five great traits that he expressed. He was a kind person who had many desirable traits that many others in the business world would have liked to have due to his dedication to his company and the feelings he made his employees feel so they could do what they wanted. I thought it was impossible. First of all I have to say that he really expressed extroversion because he was able to speak well in front of people and was not afraid to say what he thought while still staying in touch with people. This really helped his company grow because he wasn't afraid to say what needed to be said, if he didn't say things about the traits he had I would have to say he is expressing three of the top five traits needed to be a good organizational leader. Look for the future of the company by keeping small goals in mind that help keep all employees on track and keep them focused because they are challenged every day with things they thought they couldn't do but somehow did. Jobs was not only a person who let anyone do what they wanted, he was strict and had his own vision for the company and was a tough leader, but as some of the past employees have said they felt it was a great opportunity to them to work with him as long as they could. He was strict but a good leader of the company. The last characteristic he had showed that he always wanted things done on time or before people could do it, which really helped the company because this way they were able to stay ahead of all the competition. After looking at all of these characteristics, I would say that he would score extremely high on the scale because he cared about the company and always pushed his employees to be the best they could be while under his leadership. All the employees who worked under him talked about how they felt it was an honor to work with him as long as they could, he may have been tough but he always looked for the best. Not only did he look for the best in his products, he also looked for the best in his employees. There were many things that people thought they couldn't do, but under Jobs' supervision they were able to do extraordinary things. I would say that if Jobs had been a nicer person and not expected as much from his employees, the company would not have been as successful as it was and perhaps would have gone bankrupt before it even had a good chance to really get going again. once he came in to save the company. His hard working attitude truly promoted the best
