I'm the kind of person who sees what he wants and takes responsibility for getting it. I observed others who I thought were leaders and learned from their successes and mistakes. The leaders I witnessed all had a number of characteristics that made them struggling leaders or dominant leaders. While leaders have many characteristics, I have found that 3 or 4 of them really show themselves through their leadership. The three leadership characteristics I possess the most are passion, standards and positivity. I have passion in everything I do, if I wasn't I wouldn't do it. I hold myself to very high standards in everything I do, even when I do my best, I push to be even better.
