Helps reduce the stress of the surgeon who has to operate for 3 or more hours. This is not an arms race to see which hospital has the best equipment/system; but, a race to ensure that all patients/operators receive the best assistants to make the surgery process less stressful for both. Not only does it provide the surgeon with correct posture, but it reduces strain on surgeons. The costs for both surgeons do not represent any cost for the insured patient, however it is advantageous to have a shorter and less traumatic operation
