For most of our work we need work without breaks so that we can concentrate on the work with our mind fully focused. For every single day of our life it is very difficult for us to maintain it from the limited time. So every now and then stretching the body or drinking water will help us come back rested and ready to work again without problems. If we are frustrated and this helps us clear our mind and regain focus, it forms a groggy mind the rest of the time. Bottom line: Nowadays, time management is an integral part of any valuable project, including studying for a degree. We therefore need to manage our time more efficiently to maintain a balance between study, work and other life goals. Planning time increases our chances of enjoying the works. Good time management requires that we take a proactive approach, knowing ourselves, our goals, our strengths and weaknesses.
