Many countries have defined it and established laws about it. It is also known that the law is used by many states to conflict with each other. People usually make excuses as if they were doing it in self defense, but then in reality it was breaking the law. Since international law is committed to respecting this type of aggression, it is normal for aggression to be recognized as a crime. Before everything got worse, the Allied countries of the First World War declared that aggression was a crime due to respect for the peace. In 1974, the United Nations General Assembly announced that it had successfully defined what aggression is. This clarification will help people decide whether a nation or people have broken the law. People will be judged according to this law with respect for fairness and transparency. Since it has become an international issue, the court has to worry about the consequences that the crime has brought to the world
