Many violations have been committed within the government. For example, the Constitution gives Congress only the power to determine the qualifications for citizenship. It does not give Congress the power to ban immigrants from traveling, working, and receiving adequate pay. Just because a person is somewhere illegally, do Americans have the right to underpay and mistreat employees? If the work is done right at the end of the day, why shouldn't the pay be right too? Immigrants greatly impact the U.S. economy. Whether people want to accept it or not, immigrants are a huge factor in the economic growth of America as a country. If immigrants bring great production and money to the United States, why can't they be compensated for their hard work? Instead of passing unconstitutional laws, shouldn't we pass at least one law that would benefit immigrants, perhaps as it should be
