Harry's power is questioned several times throughout the film. He constantly turns to Hermione for comfort and protection. Hermione is definitely the most powerful of the group, despite being a female. She is by far the most experienced and always knows what to do. Harry, Ron and Hermione all knew that they had to leave to hunt for the Horocruxes, but the only one who had prepared in any way was Hermione. She put everything she could think of, into a small bag that had been enchanted to make it bigger inside. When the time came to leave, Harry and Ron were shocked to find that Hermione had prepared so much. This shows how underrated Hermione's power truly is. Men are always shocked when Hermione knows something or comes up with some kind of plan. Harry and Ron always turn to Hermione when they need something. Her character serves as a mother figure to Harry and Ron, when their mothers are not present. This is due to the fact that she is a woman. Hermione is not actively oppressed in any way, but her power is not expected of her. In Freud's ideas, women's only unconscious thought is about their lack of penis
