The manager should understand and know each individual and work with him in his unique set of needs and motivate each employee to satisfy his unique needs. Maslow's theory of motivation is the essence of a hierarchy of human needs, structured by biological, psychological and social needs. His theory considers the human being as a whole, Maslow sees the human being as an eternal discontent and possessor of a series of needs that relate to each other according to a hierarchy in which the needs must be reasonably satisfied before others manifest themselves as priorities. In this hierarchy, human beings try to satisfy their physiological, basic needs for existence and safety before trying to satisfy their social needs, esteem and personal fulfillment. The concept of personal fulfillment plays an important role in Maslow's theory, which defines it as the use and exploitation of talents, skills and abilities. It means ensuring that everyone chooses a growth option, this choice that depends on the human being with their own intimate nature, and being responsible for their own actions, independently of others.
