It is a great idea for schools to implement a school uniform policy because statistics show that students who wear uniforms get better grades. Additionally, male students are not distracted by what female students are wearing (or not wearing). Additionally, students feel a sense of fairness among each other since they all wear the same things. When students are in tune with each other, their confidence increases, which leads to better academic results. Student uniforms help reduce the amount of bullying and students who would normally be bullied now have a much better attitude while at school. This leads to a healthier and safer learning environment. When students feel less threatened at school, they are able to concentrate better, which leads to better grades. Schools with uniformly enforced policies have students who are appropriately dressed.
