The need that family satisfies in my cultural context is a support system. I am always there for you no matter what you are going through. A family is there to love you and make you happy. Mass media needs are a way to acquire knowledge. Be it news, social media accounts or person to person. The interrelationship between family and mass media is that they both determine the functionality of our lives. The other cultural choice I chose to compare is education. Which is a minor institution but also determines how we function and succeed in life. They are all intertwined. Mass media is getting out of hand to some extent and education is also spreading among families. Having mass media has provided a way for individuals to be falsely educated and to start drama between families. One way to solve this problem is through people being educated about what is true and what is not true on social media
