Teaching is full of ups and downs; as well as many joys and difficulties. To say that it is a constant and stable career would be nothing more than an incorrect statement. I saw what happened in the classroom from both a student and educator perspective thanks to internships offered by my FFEA chapter. I've seen a quiet, peaceful classroom transform into a round, noisy war zone. Every day teachers deal with students who are disrespectful, have little or no confidence in their abilities, and those who simply don't want to be taught. I've seen teachers crushed by these difficulties and I can't blame them. But no adventure worth undertaking has ever been completed without hardship and difficulty. But every adventure also has its great moments and positives, and teaching is no different. some Teachers overcome impossible odds every day in this country by teaching these students and seeing them move forward in the world. They are the moments when the teacher finally gets a student an A or when a student finally realizes they can pass the course if they work for it. Moments like these are when teachers realize why they preserve and never give up on a student. I will never forget how happy my sixth grade math teacher was when I passed my final math exam. I struggled with the course all year and felt like there was no way I could pass it. It does not matter
