It is impossible to have 0% unemployment as most “economists argue that there will always be some frictional unemployment, perhaps as low as 2-3% of the workforce” [12] but reducing it as much as possible is what countries aimed for to reach. . The unemployment problem could be under control by defining a good plan including a planned fiscal policy and reducing employment taxes which will increase labor needs, support public and private sectors… But above all the solution is education and knowledge of young people, since it is the only solution that allows notable improvements. One billion spent hiring teachers adds $1.3 billion to the economy. This is because more educated people can get better paying jobs. They can buy more things with the higher wages they earn. Even every billion
