Not only are they able to stay fit this way, but they are taught essential life skills such as the ability to communicate, work in small groups, the ability to solve any problem that comes their way and to take risks (page 25 ). Let's forget that I was a shy child, but after I realized I was good at sports, my confidence increased to the point that I was on practically every school team. This led me to become a role model to follow, so much so that my coach appointed me captain of my volleyball team
