These needs must be satisfied in order. My fundamental means of satisfying each set of needs is through my work. Pay meets my physiological and safety needs; the environment satisfies my belonging needs; my colleagues satisfy my esteem needs; my self-actualization needs cannot be achieved through my current workplace. My parents have greatly influenced my life, giving me the motivation to be more successful than them, but also grounding me in the knowledge that money cannot create your happiness and cannot replace love in your life. Having the awareness I have of my self-actualization and money, I have chosen a career choice that will satisfy my self-actualization needs. Through this, I have learned that there are more things I need to learn about myself to fully satisfy my self-actualization needs. However, they are on the right path to achieving this goal
