Bobby Jindal to sue Obama administration over Common Core", the lawsuit was filed for "the alleged manipulation of grant money to force states to accept the Common Core as the school standard" and "accuses the White House of manipulating the regulatory process to force states to take on the much-contested educational agenda” (2).
